Exhibition is organised by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and
supported by the IASS (International
Association for Shell and Spatial Structures) and the company “CMD Ingenieros SL”.
It will be held in the UPV Exhibition Centre (Sala de Exposiciones) until
The
exhibition shows a sample of the works by Mamoru Kawaguchi, one of the most
exceptional personalities in the world of structural projects.
The
Exhibition contains thirty work models constructed by the engineer, as well as
explanatory texts and graphic material showing the structural systems,
constructive procedures and conception tools used in his many projects. Among his major undertaken design works are: #Tokyo Olympic Indoor Stadiums (Suspension roofs)
